Where kids learn to create healthy meals

As fall turns to winter, the days get short and the weather gets cold and grey. But when your child steps inside Little Kitchen Academy, they’ll be filled with warmth and joy, as they learn to create healthy meals filled with fresh foods, like carrots, parsnips and kale, key ingredients in keeping our bodies healthy through cold and flu season. Your child will be delighted as they learn about nourishing seasonal ingredients and how they can be used to make hardy winter salads, rustic soups, and delicious casseroles.

Winter sessions are available Monday through Sunday, where in 3-hour classes once a week over 4 consecutive weeks, your child will be inspired and empowered to identify, develop and refine their senses. Every week they will learn to make healthy, delicious, seasonal meals from scratch to consumption.

With only 10 spots per session, space fills up fast.
