Hit your stride with Run for Women We are so lucky to live on the West Coast, where healthy movement is always a priority. After all, taking care of our physical health is such an essential way to care for our mental health. That's the whole idea behind Run for Women – and Wesbrook Village is proud to host this event in partnership with Running Room and Shoppers Drug Mart. In support of mental health programs at BC Women's Hospital, the run will pace through beautiful Pacific Spirit Park, with events for 5K, 10K, and 1K for the little ones. Looking for a team?
