Spring Break is almost here. If you haven’t booked a camp yet,
a few great options still have spots available.

Spring Break is just around the corner, and if you’re still figuring out plans for the kids, you’re not alone.

Every year we hear from parents who suddenly realize the break is only days away and camps are filling up fast. The good news? There are still some fantastic Spring Break camps across Metro Vancouver with spots available.

Whether your child loves art, sports, theatre, coding, or hands-on creativity, these camps offer a fun way for kids to stay active, make new friends, and try something new while school is out.

To make it easy, we’ve rounded up some of the best Spring Break camps for kids that still have availability. If you’ve been meaning to book but haven’t had the time yet, this is your friendly reminder before spaces disappear.

If your kids love figuring out how things work, Science World's Spring Break camps deliver five days of hands-on exploration with light and sound. Campers build musical instruments, bend lasers, crack codes, and discover the science behind rainbows and sonic booms—all while learning inside an actual Science Centre with access to robotics, 3D printers, and exclusive live shows. Running March 16-20 or March 23-27 from 9am-3pm (free Stay & Play until 4pm), camps are available for K-Grade 6 with age-specific themes. Free parking and secure check-in included.

For teens who love to create, Emily Carr University's Spring Break camps offer a week of serious artistic exploration led by professional artists and designers. Choose from drawing, painting, illustration, character design, environment concept art, or industrial design in full-day, week-long classes for ages 15-18 (Grades 9-12). Small class sizes ensure personalized guidance as teens build foundational skills, discover their artistic voice, and connect with other young creatives.

For kids who love STEM, VISST camps offer hands-on learning taught by award-winning instructors and PhDs. Students in grades 4-9 explore game programming, 3D animation, machine learning, and digital fabrication at their own pace. Spring Break options include Math Club (Grades 5-7), Maker Lab: Digital Design and Fabrication (Grades 5-9), 3D Modeling and Animation (Grades 6-9), and a FREE Creative Technology for Girls camp (Grades 6-7) with two $1,000 scholarships available. Combine Maker Lab and 3D Animation for a full-day experience and save $40. All students earn a certificate of completion.

Give your kids a screen-free spring break with Üphoria Yoga's camps blending movement, mindfulness, and fun. Ages 3-5 enjoy the Spring Bloom Yoga Series with spring-inspired poses, breathwork, and mindful activities. Ages 5-8 embark on a Spring Break Yoga Adventure featuring yoga journeys, arts & crafts, music, dance, and storytelling with half-day or full-day options. Ages 9-12 also have half-day and full-day choices. Camps run March 16-20 or March 23-27. Parking available at the studio.

Fire and Flower Girls creates a space of radical acceptance to help girls and gender-diverse youth embrace their journey into adulthood with confidence. Their empowerment programs blend learning with nature time, games, and creative activities. This year, they’re launching a free service model to make an even greater impact.
