Summer is on the way even if it feels like the weather hasn’t caught up to the season yet. Berry picking is a big part of the summer fun experience is Vancouver. You may be wondering, and the answer is yes! Berry season is still on but most places won’t open until late June due to our lack of spring’s arrival and all this rain!

Are your kids interested in learning how to fish? There are so many benefits from fishing together. Fishing takes patience, it’s a quiet activity, and it’s not dependant on the sunny days (a great perk for Vancouverites). Some of the Outdoor Pools are Open for the Summer!

Vancouver may not have a lot of outdoor pools, but the ones we have are some of the most picturesque in the world. Take the kids for a splash in the turquoise waters this summer and soak up the views.
Some require booking online, use the links below. Bookings for Vancouver’s outdoor pools open at noon and fill up very quickly. Due to our unusual weather not all pools are open yet.Read more here.
