You can find us on this steep, staircase trail, at least a few times a week. The trail is 4.5 km and is a shorter, less intense climb than the Grouse Grind.Lansdowne Drive Drive, CoquitlamMundy ParkWhen we're craving a nature walk, we love to walk the trails at Mundy Park! It's our go-to for sports, recreation, festivals and leisure. We like to walk around the track or the lake, play at the playground, basketball courts, water park, and skate park.
