The Cat Came Back! The 2022 Vancouver International Children’s Festival returns to in-person events on Granville Island this spring!
Ignite your child’s playful joy at this year’s Festival! Enjoy spectacular shows from around the world for kids and families of all ages from May 31 to June 12.
The 2022 Festival will offer a mix of In-person and Online shows featuring circus arts, puppetry, theatre, dance, music and lots of arts activities created just for kids.

Watch a feast of amazing shows from local and international artists including festival favourite Fred Penner, Indigenous dance artists Dancers of Damelahamid and African circus stars Kalabanté as they delight and entertain.
Show tickets include access to the Festival’s outdoor Activity Village with over 15 interactive arts activities that invite you to be creatively playful with your kids.
