ArtStarts: What to do in Vancouver This Weekend
We love ArtStarts' free monthly workshops. They’re 45 minutes of creative fun, allowing your kids to get up close and personal with local artists. They have proven so popular, in fact, that they happen four times: twice in downtown Vancouver and twice in New Westminster. This month kids can enjoy painting with Sandi Henrich.

#IAmEnough: RAW Beauty Talks and Nicole Bridger
When we discovered that RAW Beauty Talks was teaming up with Nicole Bridger for the
#IAmEnough
campaign we were intrigued. When we heard more about the campaign and saw the video, we loved what we discovered. RAW and Nicole Bridger paired up to create a short video examining limiting beliefs that imprison women and encouraging them to cultivate confidence by turning negative self-talk into the words ‘I AM ENOUGH’.
