From their first backpacks to their graduation caps, Brockton students are part of something truly unique. The school offers programs from Junior Kindergarten (for children turning four by December 31 of the school year) through to Grade 12 graduation, and is the only independent school in British Columbia to offer all four International Baccalaureate (IB) Programmes: PYP, MYP, DP, and CP. McCulla explains, “When one looks at the journey of learning, it is clear that early engagement is profound. That’s why Brockton developed its Junior Kindergarten. As the journey continues, each child—at different times—will encounter defining moments in their development. We recognize these transition stages and design our programs to support them, while also meeting each child where they are. To have one’s child supported by meaningful adults—teachers, counsellors, coaches, and peers—during these moments can make all the difference.
